Enjoy Cookizzi’s Tandoori chicken masala marinated in curd and delicious Indian spices and herbs, grilled to succulent perfection. This delicious Tandoori Chicken masala uses a vibrant and classic marinade that can be incorporated into other meat dishes. It is just like your favourite Indian restaurant.

No Need to Add:
Just Add:
  1. Take 50 grams of Tandoori Mix. Add to it 200 gms curd, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 100 gms oil. Mix well to get a thick paste and keep aside for 20 minutes.
  2. Make sharp diagonal cuts into 1 kg chicken pieces.
  3. Apply above paste to chicken pieces and inside its cuts and marinate for 1 hour.
  4. Bake it in tandoor for 15-20 minutes at 200 degree cent. Or alternatively grill it on pre-heated oven grill, charcoal BBQ grill & bake until cooked & chicken changes color.
  5. KADHAI – Heat 200 gms oil, cook above marinated meat (any) / chicken in slow medium heat till water dries and meat / chicken become tender.

Note: If required add salt and Chilly powder as per taste.
