Sheekh Kabab

Seekh kebab is a type of kebab, native to the Indian subcontinent, made with Indian spices, spiced minced or ground meat, usually lamb, beef, or chicken, formed into cylinders on skewers and grilled. It is typically cooked on a mangal or barbecue, or in a tandoor.

No Need to Add:
Just Add:
  1. Dissolve 50 gms of Sheekh Kabab mix in 150 gms of curd to make a paste. Mix properly, leave aside for 20 minutes.
  2. Mix together 1 kg of minced meat, 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaf, Sheekh kabab mix paste and keep aside for 1 hour to marinate.
  3. Add 1/2 cup oil and mix well.
  4. Make round meat balls. Pierce them in skewers. Flatten the grounded meat in thin layer around cach skewer.
  5. Grill them on very low heat in an Electric/Gas/Charcoal BBQ grill / Oven Grill, tam skewers from time to time until kabab changes colour and are done.
  6. Serve hot with Green Chutney and Onion Salad.

Note: If required add salt and Chilly powder as per taste.
