- Cut 200g paneer in small cubes and keep aside.
- Mix 20 gm Shahi Paneer masala powder with 1/2 cup water Soak it for 5-7 min.
- Heat 100 gm oil in a pan.
- Add 100g crushed tomatoes and the above soaked masala mix and cook till oil separates, if required add some water.
- Now, turn off the gas, add 1 cup milk and 50g beaten cream/malai.
- Mix well and turn on the gas. Continue stirring till the gravy boils.
- Add paneer cubes to the masala and cook for 5-7 min. on a low flame.
- Before serving add dry fruits and green coriander. Serve with butter naan.
Note: If required add salt and Chilly Powder as per taste.
