Sabzi Masala

The secret ingredients in all your lip-smacking vegetable is finally revealed. Cookizzi introduces the ready to cook vegetable masala with a blend of spices with promising quality.

No Need to Add:
Just Add:
  1. Take 50 gms of Cookizzi Sabzi Masala mix. Add to it 1 cup of water and mix well to get a thick paste. Keep it aside for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry 500 gms mix vegetable till its edges becomes crisp. Drain and keep it aside.
  3. In the same pan heat 100 gms more oil and add sabzi masala paste and cook for 2 minutes , stirring continuously. Add 200 gms of tomato and cook till tomato meshes and oil separates.
  4. Add 300 ml water mix thoroughly and on high flame let it comes to boil.
  5. Now add fried mix sabzi, 1 small bunch of green coriander leaf to it, reduce to low flame, cook for 10-15 minutes till sabzi are cooked and oil separates.
  6. The flavorfull sabzi dish is ready.
  7. Serve hot with roti, naan.

Note: If required add salt and Chilly powder as per taste.

Gravy mix and other ingredients in recipe are for 6 persons only. Increase gravy mix and other ingredients quantities proportionally if serving more than 6 persons.
