We bring you the PAYA created by our innovator, that deliver long lasting flavours, using the aromatic herbs and spices in right ratio.

No Need to Add:
Just Add:
  1. Boil washed Paya in 6-7 glass of water with 1 Tbsp each of ginger and garlic paste for 15-20 minutes. After boiling drain the water completely.
  2. In a Large pot take 7-8 glass of water, boiled paya, 1 Tbsp each of Ginger and Garlic paste and half of the Cookizzi Paya masala. Cover and cook in slow heat for 2-3 hours or till paya is tender.
  3. In a separate pot fry sliced onion in oil till golden brown. Add remaining half of paya masala and curd. Now fry for sometime stirring continuously until oil separates.
  4. Add the fried masala to the boiled paya. Cover and cook in slow heat for 30-40 minutes. Garnish with green coriander and green chilli. Serve hot with naan.
