Meat Masala

Meat Masala is mouth watering and a masaledar recepie. The meat masala by cookizi is used in a variety of meat dishes and enhances the flavor of the dish.

No Need to Add:
Just Add:
  1. Dissolve 50 gms Cookizzi Meat masala powder with 1 cup of water to make a paste and keep aside for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add the meat pieces and fry till meat is browned.
  3. Next put masala paste, crushed tomato and 1 cup of water. Cook on low heat till tomato gets cooked and meat is tender. (Alternatively cook in pressure cooker for 4-5 whistles.)
  4. Once the meat is done, add the curd and cook till curd is well mixed into the masala.
  5. Stir well. Cook on low heat till oil surfaces.
  6. Add lemon juice and remove from heat. Serve hot with Roti or rice.

Note: If required add salt and Chilly powder as per taste.

Onion, Garlic, Salt, Corn Flour, Coriander, Cumin, Red Chilli, Turmeric, Black Cumin, Black Pepper, Shahzeera, Black Cardamom, Green Cardamom, Mace, Citric Acid, Silocone Dioxide, Cinnamom, Clove.

Curry Powder:

Gravy mix and other ingredients in recipe are for 6 persons only. Increase gravy mix and other ingredients quantities proportionally if serving more than 6 persons.
