Meat Chaap

The meat chaap by Cookizzi is a delicious Mughlai recipe that would certainly be a family hit. The meat used here is blended with the curd and cooked in melange of spices thus giving this recipe a little spicy flavor. You can relish this meat recipe with hot rice and chapatti.

No Need to Add:
Just Add:
  1. Dry 1 kg meat pieces with paper towel.
  2. Dissolve Cookizzi Chaap masala powder with 1 cup of curd, 100g oil, to make a paste and keep aside for 20 minutes.
  3. Marinate the meat pieces with the paste, 1 tsp rose water for 1 hour.
  4. Heat 150 gms oil in a pan, add the marinated meat. Cover the pan. Cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes. Check in between and turn.
  5. Keep on cooking till oil separates. Cook on low heat for another 10 minutes without lid till meat become tender and meat take a nice brown colour.
  6. Serve hot with roti or rice.

Note: If required add salt and Chilly powder as per taste.
