- Dissolve 65 gms of Meat Biryani powder in 100-150 ml water. Keep aside for 5-7 minutes.
- In a pan take above Biryani mix, 150 gms curd, 100 gms oil. Mix these.
- Now rub this paste over 750g meat and keep to marinate for 30 minutes.
- In a pot heat 100 gms oil and cook marinated meat till oil separates and meat is tender.
- Add about 200 ml water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Wash 750 gms Basmat rice and keep aside. Boil sufficient water and pour some salt and soaked rice to it.
- Cook till rice is 3/4 th cooked. Drain the rice and uniformly spread it over meat.
- Now pour 30 gms oil and 30 gms ghee & saffron colour mixed 1 cup milk over the rice.
- ightly cover the pot and put on slow flame till steam comes out and rice is fully cooked. Open pot just before serving.
Note: If required add salt and Chilly powder as per taste.
