- Take 50 grams of Bhoona Gravy Mix. Add to this 1 cup water. Mix well to make a thick paste and keep aside for 20 minutes.
- Add ½ tsp turmeric and ¼ tsp salt to 1 kg meat and cook on medium heat till meat is ¾th cooked. Keep meat and its juice ( Yakhni ) separately.
- Heat 200 grams oil in a kadhai and add to this Bhoona paste and cook till oil separates.
- Add 3/4th cooked meat pieces to it and cook on slow heat, stirring continuously, till meat is fully cooked and oil separates. This process is called Bhoona.
- Finally add yakhni of meat to it and again Bhoono till water dries and meat is coated with spices and fat.
- Garnish with ginger pieces and serve hot with Naan and Roti.
Note: If required add salt and Chilly powder as per taste.
