- Marinate 1 kg Chicken with 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp oil.
- Dissolve 50g of Cookizzi Kadhai Chicken mix in 1 cup of water. Keep aside for 20 minutes.
- In a Kadhai heat 150 gms oil, fry cubed Capsicum for 2 minutes on high flame. Keep it aside.
- Now fry marinated chicken pcs to light brown colour. Keep it aside.
- In the same kadhai heat some more oil and put 200 gms tomato and cook till it become mushy.
- Add Kadhai masala paste to it and stir well, keep on stirring till oil separates. Now add 1 cup of water.
- Once water boils, add fried chicken pieces and mix everything together. Keep on stirring.
- Cook on medium heat till chicken become tender and oil separates.
- Add capsicum.Mix and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Do not overcook kadhai chicken. Capsicum should be crunchy.
- Serve kadhai chicken with rice or roti.
Note: If required add salt and Chilly powder as per taste.
