Kadhai Chicken

Juicy Chicken chinkks simmer in a spicy broth of tomatoes, onion, capsicum, chillies and a host of aromatic spices. A staple dish in every restaurant menu, now Cookizzi bring Ready to Cook flavourful kadhai chicken mix for you to cook this at home in a short time.

No Need to Add:
Just Add:
  1. Marinate 1 kg Chicken with 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp oil.
  2. Dissolve 50g of Cookizzi Kadhai Chicken mix in 1 cup of water. Keep aside for 20 minutes.
  3. In a Kadhai heat 150 gms oil, fry cubed Capsicum for 2 minutes on high flame. Keep it aside.
  4. Now fry marinated chicken pcs to light brown colour. Keep it aside.
  5. In the same kadhai heat some more oil and put 200 gms tomato and cook till it become mushy.
  6. Add Kadhai masala paste to it and stir well, keep on stirring till oil separates. Now add 1 cup of water.
  7. Once water boils, add fried chicken pieces and mix everything together. Keep on stirring.
  8. Cook on medium heat till chicken become tender and oil separates.
  9. Add capsicum.Mix and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
  10. Do not overcook kadhai chicken. Capsicum should be crunchy.
  11. Serve kadhai chicken with rice or roti.

Note: If required add salt and Chilly powder as per taste.
