Ready to Cook Gravy Mix for Egg Curry. This extremely flavourful and perfectly balanced spices and eggs make your dish eggstraordiniry.

No Need to Add:
Just Add:
  1. Dissolve 50g of Cookizzi egg curry masala in 1/2 cup of water for 5-10 minutes to make a paste. Hard boil 8 Eggs and make 3-4 cut mark over eggs.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai and fry boiled eggs till golden brown on all sides. Keep eggs aside. In the same kadhai add above paste and some water and cook till oil separates. Add tomato pieces and stir continuously till tomato are meshed and gravy thickens.
  3. Add the egg and boil the gravy for 5 minutes. Add water if require and boll for another 5-7 minutes. Garnish with green coriander. Serve hot.
