Dal Makhani

Cookizzi’s Dal Makhani is a Very delicious and flavourful dish, loaded with some special ingredients, Cooking in slow heat give it a creamy and rich texture.

No Need to Add:
Just Add:
  1. Soak 150g urad dal (black lentils) and 50g rajma (red kidney beans) in hot water for 1 hour.
  2. In a pressure cooker, heat 3 tbsp oil and add 200g crushed tomato, 30g Cookizzi Dal Makhani Masala and sauté on medium heat till oil separates.
  3. Add 200g pre soaked dal (urad dal & rajma) and 4 cups of water, close the lid and cook on high heat till 3 whistle.
  4. Then, let it cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
  5. Then, let it cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
  6. Now add 2 tbsp butter & 2 tbsp cream and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh Green coriander and serve.

Note: If required add salt and Chilly Powder as per taste.
