Chilly Chicken

A popular and delicious Indian dish, chilli chicken is made with crispy chicken chunks and tossed in spicy spices. Cookizzi Chilli Chicken is full with amazing flavours and taste.

No Need to Add:
Just Add:
  1. Marinate 500g chicken pieces (preferably boneless) with half pack (32g approx.) of Chilli Chicken Masala, 4 tbsp oil and 2 eggs white.
  2. Refrigerate for minimum 2 hours.
  3. In a pan, deep fry the marinated chicken and set aside.
  4. Mix the remaining masala mix, (32g) to½ cup water.
  5. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add fried chicken pieces along with masala mixture and Cook once on high heat and then simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Add 2 medium sized diced capsicum, and 3 green chillies slit (add more for extra spicy flavour) and sauté on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  7. For thicker gravy simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.

Note: If required add salt and Chilly powder as per taste.
