Chicken Korma

Cookizzi’s Chicken Korma is one of the magical dish. It is rich, full of spices and flavour, and just begs to be soaked up by pieces of fresh naan. If you have never tried your hand at making Chicken Korma at home this should definitely be your starter dish.

No Need to Add:
Just Add:
  1. Take 50 gms of Cookizzi Chicken Korma mix. Add to it 100 gms curd,2 tsp lemon juice and 50 gms oil. Mix well to get a thick paste. Keep it aside for 20 minutes.
  2. Make sharp diagonal cuts into 1 kg. chicken pieces.
  3. Apply above paste to chicken pieces and inside its cuts and marinate for 1 hour.
  4. Heat 200 gms oil in a kadhai, add the marinated chicken to it and cook on low flame, stirring continuously, till chicken become tender and oil separates.
  5. Add 300 ml water and cook for 5-7 minutes. Garnish with green coriander.

Note: If required add salt and Chilly powder as per taste.
