- In a pan take 50 gms of Cookizzi Chicken Biryani powder. Mix it in 1/2 cup of water, 150 gms curd, 150 gms oil to make a paste and keep aside for 5-10 minutes.
- Rub the above paste over 750 gms of chicken and keep aside for 30 minutes to marinate.
- Heat 200 gms oil in a pan, and cook marinated chicken pieces till oil separates. Add 200 ml water and cook till chicken is tender and masala becomes thick.
- Separately boil soaked rice in 10-12 glass of hot water with tablespoon of salt till threefourth tender.
- Drain water thoroughly and uniformly spread rice over chicken. Now pour 30 grams oil and 30 grams ghee over the rice. Sprinkle saffron colour mixed milk over the rice.
- Cover the lid and cook on low flame till rice are fully cooked. Mix thoroughly before serving. Serve with raita and salad.
Note: If required add salt and Chilly powder as per taste.
