Chhole Masala

Chhole or Channa Masala, a delicious and most popular dish in the world, both in and out of India. The dish made of chick peas and blend of spices. Cookizzi introduces the ready to cook chhole masala gravy with a promising quality and nutritious value.

No Need to Add:
Just Add:
  1. Soak 500 gms of Kabuli Chana in water for at least 6 hours.
  2. Mix 50 gms of Cookizzi Chhole Masala mix with 3/4th cup of water to get a thick paste. Keep it aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Pressure cook the Chana with water on high flame till 3rd whistle, then on low flame till 8-10 whistle.
  4. Heat 100 gms oil in a pan, add Chhole masala paste and cook for 2 minutes, stirring continuously. Now add 400 gms sliced tomato to it and cook for some time till tomato meshes and oil separates.
  5. Transfer the Kabuli Chana along with water from the cooker to the pan, cook on high flame till water dries and oil separates.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaf and serve hot with Bhatura or Puri.

Note: If required add salt and Chilly powder as per taste.

Onion, Salt, Garlic, Coriander, Cumin, Black Pepper, Long Pepper, Ajwain, Methi, Anardana, Aamchur, Cardamom, Clove, Dalchini, Sugar, Leaf (Coriander, Kasuri Methi), Silicone Dioxide (E551), Citric Acid (E 330).

Gravy mix and other ingredients in recipe are for 6 persons only. Increase gravy mix and other ingredients quantities proportionally if serving more than 6 persons.
