A world renowed Indian dish ‘BIRYANI’ takes time to make. Selecting the right spices and in right ratio for the biryani is an art. Cookizzi brings you “Ready to Cook” Biryani which has a perfect amalgamation of spices and in right ratio. Impress your guests with exotic and aromatic Biryani.

No Need to Add:
Just Add:
  1. Take 100-150ml water and dissolve 40 gms (out of 50g Biryani Mix) of Cookizzi Biryani mix to it. Keep aside for 20 minutes to make a paste.
  2. In a pan take above biryani paste, 150 gms curd, 150 gms oil and saffron colour mixed 1 cup milk and mix these thoroughly. Now rub this paste over 500 gms Meat (Any) / Chicken and keep to marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. In a pot heat 150 gms oil and cook marinated Meat (Any) / Chicken till oil surfaces and meat / chicken is tender. Add 200 ml water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Wash 500 gms of long basmati rice and keep aside.
  5. Boil sufficient water and pour some salt, 10 gms (Remaining of Biryani Mix) biryani mix and 500 gms of basmati rice to it. Stir occasionally till rice is 3/4th done.
  6. Drain the rice thouroughly and uniformly spread it over meat/ chicken. Now pour 30 gms oil + 30 gms ghee over the rice.
  7. Tightly cover the pot and put on slow flame over Tawa, till steam comes out.
  8. Open pot just before serving and mix biryani from the depth of the pot.

Note: If required add salt and Chilly powder as per taste.

Onion, Garlic, Salt, Coriander, Cumin, Cashew, Poppy Seed, Melon Seed, Spices and Condiments, Pepper, Green Cardamom, Dalchini, Mace, Clove, Bay leaf, Nutmeg, Sugar, Silicone Dioxide (E 551), Citric Acid (E330). Contains: Cashew Nuts.

Gravy mix and other ingredients in recipe are for 6 persons only. Increase gravy mix and other ingredients quantities proportionally if serving more than 6 persons.
