- Take 100-150ml water and dissolve 40 gms (out of 50g Biryani Mix) of Cookizzi Biryani mix to it. Keep aside for 20 minutes to make a paste.
- In a pan take above biryani paste, 150 gms curd, 150 gms oil and saffron colour mixed 1 cup milk and mix these thoroughly. Now rub this paste over 500 gms Meat (Any) / Chicken and keep to marinate for 30 minutes.
- In a pot heat 150 gms oil and cook marinated Meat (Any) / Chicken till oil surfaces and meat / chicken is tender. Add 200 ml water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Wash 500 gms of long basmati rice and keep aside.
- Boil sufficient water and pour some salt, 10 gms (Remaining of Biryani Mix) biryani mix and 500 gms of basmati rice to it. Stir occasionally till rice is 3/4th done.
- Drain the rice thouroughly and uniformly spread it over meat/ chicken. Now pour 30 gms oil + 30 gms ghee over the rice.
- Tightly cover the pot and put on slow flame over Tawa, till steam comes out.
- Open pot just before serving and mix biryani from the depth of the pot.
Note: If required add salt and Chilly powder as per taste.
