Previously Involved for 30 years in his family business of hotel in Kolkata, Alam started thinking in different direction targeting the current world scenario – an inclination towards ready to cook masale.   • Cookizzi ‘s Spice mixes are recipe based products, Ready to Cook, with customers require only Mutton / Chicken / Fish / Vegetable / Rice etc. or ingredients like Curds, lemon juices etc for preparing a particular dish.
  • Each box has easy to follow steps of cooking both in English and Hindi.
  • All products have a shelf life of 9 – 12 months. Also available are pure spice powders namely Coriander Powder, Turmeric powder, Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Cumin Powder and Garam Masala Powder with exceptionally well quality, never heard or seen in the market.
  • We also Supply Bulk Packs with package range from 500 grams to 1 kg.

One is the ability to customise products to the local taste and regional preferences, which Cookizzi is able to do successfully since our products are created by Mumtaz Alam himself who specialise in diverse cuisine types for the last 15 years. The second factor relates to the need to proactively allay any apprehensions that the homemaker may have about the wholesomeness of RTC products. Our marketing communication is therefore also tailored to make consumers aware of the fact that all our RTC products do not include any added preservatives.”
