- Take 50 gms of Cookizzi Bombay Biryani powder. Mix in 1 cup of water to make a paste and keep aside for 5-10 minutes.
- Heat 200 gms oil in a pan, add tomato cut pieces and fry till oil separates. Add meat, above Biryani paste, Potato and curd, fry for 15 minutes.
- Add 2 glasses of water, 2-3 pcs Aloo Bukhara, cover and cook on low flame till meat is tender ( in case of Chicken add only 1 glass of water), stir fry on high flame till oil separates and masala becomes thick.
- Separately boil soaked rice in 10-12 glass of hot water with 1 tablespoon of salt till three-fourths tender.
- Drain water thoroughly and uniformly spread rice over meat/chicken. Now pour 30 grams oil and 30 grams ghee over the rice. Sprinkle saffron colour mixed milk over the rice.
- Cover the lid and cook on low flame till rice are fully cooked. Mix thoroughly before serving. Serve with raita and salad.
Note: If required add salt and Chilly Powder as per taste.
