Bombay Biryani

Indian cuisine is a colorful tapestry of flavors, and one dish that stands out with its captivating blend of spices and aromatic rice is the legendary Bombay Biryani. Originating in the bustling streets of Mumbai, this culinary masterpiece has won hearts and palates worldwide.

No Need to Add:
Just Add:
  1. Take 50 gms of Cookizzi Bombay Biryani powder. Mix in 1 cup of water to make a paste and keep aside for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Heat 200 gms oil in a pan, add tomato cut pieces and fry till oil separates. Add meat, above Biryani paste, Potato and curd, fry for 15 minutes.
  3. Add 2 glasses of water, 2-3 pcs Aloo Bukhara, cover and cook on low flame till meat is tender ( in case of Chicken add only 1 glass of water), stir fry on high flame till oil separates and masala becomes thick.
  4. Separately boil soaked rice in 10-12 glass of hot water with 1 tablespoon of salt till three-fourths tender.
  5. Drain water thoroughly and uniformly spread rice over meat/chicken. Now pour 30 grams oil and 30 grams ghee over the rice. Sprinkle saffron colour mixed milk over the rice.
  6. Cover the lid and cook on low flame till rice are fully cooked. Mix thoroughly before serving. Serve with raita and salad.

Note: If required add salt and Chilly Powder as per taste.

Ingredients:

Onion, Salt, Garlic, Cumin seed, Fennel seed, Ginger, Staranise, White Pepper, Red Chilli, Turmeric, Black and Green Cardamom, Mace, Citric Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Cinnamon, Clove.

Curry Powder:

Gravy mix and other ingredients in recipe are for 6 persons only. Increase gravy mix and other ingredients quantities proportionally if serving more than 6 persons.
