Mandi Masala

A special mixture of spices to enjoy the taste of flavoured rice with chicken/mutton.

No Need to Add:
Just Add:
  1. Fry 150g sliced Onion, 3 Tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste, 1 Tsp Green Chilli Paste, 1 Bay Leaf in a large bottom Kadhal with 100g Oil until the Onion turned golden brown.
  2. Add 100g Tomato Paste, 2 thinly sliced Carrot and 36g of Cookizzi Mandi Masala, Salt to taste, stir well till oil separate and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add 1 kgslitted large pieces of Chicken/Mutton to this mixture and cook until Chicken/Mutton fully cooked, Remove the Chicken/Mutton pieces from the mixture and keep aside.
  4. Now add 750g rinsed, cleaned and soaked rice with 3-4 cups of water to the mixture, adding remaining 14g of Cookizzi Mandi Masala and Salt to taste bring to boill. Once the rice is cooked put it on dum for 15-20 minutes. Now your Mandi is ready, serve in flat plate with chicken/ mutton pieces on top. Garnish with some Dry Fruits.
