- Marinate 500g chicken pieces (preferably boneless) with half pack (32g approx.) of Chilli Chicken Masala, 4 tbsp oil and 2 eggs white.
- Refrigerate for minimum 2 hours.
- In a pan, deep fry the marinated chicken and set aside.
- Mix the remaining masala mix, (32g) to½ cup water.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add fried chicken pieces along with masala mixture and Cook once on high heat and then simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add 2 medium sized diced capsicum, and 3 green chillies slit (add more for extra spicy flavour) and sauté on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- For thicker gravy simmer for 4-5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
Note: If required add salt and Chilly powder as per taste.
